When Nothing is Certain, Everything is Possible
The future is often thought to be an enhanced version of the present – as if what we have now will soon be simply better, faster and more efficient. What if the future is something completely different? The idea of disruptive innovation starts from the premise that the world is not changed by fighting against the current solution, but by creating an alternative that makes the current solution look unnecessary.
